Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

They are currently seeking individuals who have an extraordinary talent in making instant connections, to join them as Full Time Outbound Sales Executive who is passionate for meeting clients one to one and help client to continue their journey of growth.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Additional certifications or training in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning sector.
  2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking all sales activities and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
  4. Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, understanding their business needs, pain points, and industry challenges to effectively position our services.
  5. Present and demonstrate our range of services to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points.
  6. Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs.
  7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our services.
  8. Negotiate contract terms and conditions, addressing any concerns or objections raised by clients, and closing sales deals.
  9. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
  10. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum experience of 3 years in outbound sales in the field of commercial cleaning industry.
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  4. Proven track record of success in outbound sales.
  5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a target-oriented environment.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  7. Ability to handle rejection and continue with a high level of enthusiasm.
  8. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  9. Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them effectively in a sale role.
  10. Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.
  11. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  12. Proven ability in sales, preferably in a door-to-door sales role.
  13. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
